Zapier Integration

Overview

Zapier connects FormBold to over 5,000 web services without requiring code. Easily create calendar events, sync with Trello boards, notify Discord channels, or update CRM pipelines.

Step 1: Create a Zap with Webhook Trigger

1. Log in to your Zapier dashboard and click 'Create Zap'.
2. In the Trigger step, search for 'Webhooks by Zapier'.
3. Select 'Catch Hook' as the Trigger Event and click 'Continue'.
4. Zapier will generate your unique Webhook URL. Click 'Copy'.

Step 2: Connect Zapier in FormBold

1. In FormBold, go to your form's 'Integrations' tab and select 'Zapier'.

1. Paste the copied Webhook URL into the field.
2. Click 'Save & Connect'.

Step 3: Test Trigger and Add Actions

1. Submit a test entry through your website form.
2. In Zapier, click 'Test trigger'. Zapier will confirm that the test submission was received.
3. Add your desired Action app (e.g. Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, Airtable).
4. Map the form fields into the action app and turn your Zap on!
