How FormBold Integrations Work
Whenever a new submission is received, FormBold evaluates security rules (spam checks, allowed domains). If valid, the submission is saved to your archive and dispatched concurrently to all active integration connectors.
- Zero Data Loss: Failed delivery attempts to external APIs undergo automated retries.
- Independent Execution: If one third-party service experiences downtime, all other integrations and email notifications continue without interruption.
- Secure Credentials: Tokens and OAuth access credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

To connect an app: Open your form in FormBold > click on the 'Integrations' tab > find the service in the catalog > click 'Configure' or 'Connect' to open the configuration modal.
