Make (Integromat) Integration

Overview

Make (formerly Integromat) is a powerful visual integration platform. By routing FormBold submissions to Make, you can branch data, format text, query APIs, and interact with over 1,000 services.

Step 1: Create a Custom Webhook in Make

1. Log in to Make.com and click 'Create a new scenario'.
2. Click the '+' circle, search for 'Webhooks', and choose 'Custom Webhook'.
3. Click 'Create a webhook', name it 'FormBold Submissions', and click 'Save'.
4. Make will generate a unique webhook URL (e.g. https://hook.eu2.make.com/xxxx). Click 'Copy address to clipboard'.

Step 2: Add Webhook to FormBold

1. In FormBold, navigate to Integrations > click 'Make'.

1. Paste the copied Make Webhook URL.
2. Click 'Save & Activate'.

Step 3: Determine Data Structure

1. In Make, click 'Redetermine data structure' on the webhook module.
2. Submit a test form on your website.
3. Make will display 'Successfully determined'. You can now chain Google Sheets, Airtable, CRM modules, or email services to your scenario!
