If your community or beta testers already hang out in a Discord server, there's no reason form entries should go anywhere else.
What shows up in the channel
One message per submission, built from the fields the visitor sent. Only entries that pass your spam checks are posted.

| Discord | Formbold |
|---|---|
| Channel webhook URL | Pasted in the Connect dialog |
| Message body | All submitted fields |
| Timing | After spam checks pass |
Typical setups
- A waitlist form that pings a private #staff channel.
- Join requests that moderators review before handing out roles.
- Creator contact forms that sit alongside the rest of your Discord admin.
How do I get the webhook URL?
- In Discord, open the channel's settings, go to Integrations > Webhooks and create a new webhook.
- Copy its URL.
- In Formbold, open the form's Integrations tab, click Connect on Discord, paste the URL and send a test.
Treat that URL like a password. Anyone who has it can post to the channel.
Do I need a paid plan?
Discord is included from Starter up. Starter runs $8 a month, or $6 a month billed annually.
Before you connect
Do I have to install a bot?
No. A channel webhook is all Formbold needs.
Can I post to more than one channel?
Each webhook points at one channel. Use one form per channel if you need to split them.
More detail, including what to do if messages stop arriving, is in the Discord setup guide.
