About These Terms:

Formbold is run by Pimjo Technologies ("Pimjo", "we", "us"), Level 2, House 03, Road 05, Baridhara J Block, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh. These Terms apply to your use of Formbold and its website.

User Data:

We keep the information of our registered users (name and email) secure, and we are committed to protecting it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use form submission data for advertising or to train AI models. We share data only with the sub-processors that help us run Formbold (listed on our Sub-processors page), with Paddle for billing, with the integrations you turn on, or when the law requires it. Data Processing:

For the data your forms collect, you are the controller and we act as your processor under the Formbold Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these Terms. The sub-processors we use are listed on our Sub-processors page.

Form Attachments:

Files that are uploaded via the form are securely stored on a separate server, utilizing a token-based authentication system.

Data Retention and Deletion:

Form submissions and uploaded files are kept for the retention period that applies to your account or form settings, or until you delete them, whichever comes first. When you close your account, we delete them from our live systems within 72 hours, unless the law requires us to keep them. Copies held in backups are removed through our routine backup cycle.

Payment and Card Processing:

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. We do not store any credit card information in server, all payments are processed by world leading payment gateways and our site is secured by SSL encryption.

Support:

If you have a problem with our products, contact our support team for help. We try to answer as quickly as possible. Please be specific and include as much detail as you can.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent the law allows, Formbold is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim related to Formbold is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you are on the Free plan. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
