Lots of small teams track leads, applications and content requests in a Notion database. This puts form entries straight into it, so nobody copies them over by hand.
What you get in Notion
A new database row per submission. During setup you pick the database and decide which form field fills which property.

| Notion property | Typical form field |
|---|---|
| Name | name |
| Notes | message |
| Created | submission time |
Where it fits
- Guest post pitches that land as draft items for the editor.
- Partner requests stored next to your existing account notes.
- Bug reports from a public form, filed into the product team's tracker.
Setup
- Go to the form's Integrations tab and click Connect on Notion.
- When Notion asks what Formbold can access, include the database you want rows in. If it isn't shared, it won't show up in the picker.
- Map the fields, save, and send a test entry.
Pricing
Notion is on Starter, Premium and Business. That starts at $8 a month for Starter, or $6 a month on a yearly plan.
Things people ask
Can I map to custom properties?
Yes. Any property in the database can be a target when you map fields.
My database doesn't appear in the list. Why?
Almost always a sharing issue. Reconnect and tick that database when Notion asks which pages Formbold may use.
The Notion setup guide walks through each screen.
