2. Refund Eligibility & Window

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal by contacting support.
  • Refunds are considered only if one of these applies:
    • The product or service malfunctions or fails to operate as described, and we cannot fix it after reasonable effort.

4. Usage, Credits & Subscriptions

  • Any credits already used will be deducted from refund amounts.
  • Upgrades, downgrades and plan changes apply immediately. Refunds are not provided for usage or changes made after activation.
  • Coupons or discounts cannot be retroactively applied.

5. Fees & Payment-Processor Costs

Payment processor fees including gateway costs, currency conversion fees, or cross-border charges are not refunded and must be covered by the customer.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
