REST API and API tokens
Fetch any form's submissions over HTTPS with a Bearer token. Available on every plan, including Free.
You can now pull submissions out of Formbold from your own code. Create a named token under API & MCP > API Tokens, then call:
GET https://api.formbold.com/api/forms/:formId/submissions
Send the token as Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN. The form ID is the last part of the form's endpoint, so https://formbold.com/s/3Vy25 has the ID 3Vy25. Turn on HTTP API in the form's Email Configuration card first, or the request is refused.
People use it to copy leads into a CRM, keep a backup in their own database, or let a script check for new entries. Make one token per app so you can revoke a single one if it leaks. Examples in curl, JavaScript and Python are in the API Reference.
