Choose how long each form keeps submissions
Set a retention period per form, from 7 days to Never, and turn off Submission Archive if you don't want copies stored at all.
Every form now has its own Data retention setting under Settings > Advanced Options. Choose 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years or Never. Older entries are deleted automatically once they fall outside the window.
If your privacy policy promises a deletion period, this is how you keep that promise without a calendar reminder.
Submission Archive, in the General card, goes one step further. Turn it off and Formbold still sends each submission to your email and apps, but keeps no copy. File uploads aren't stored either, so leave it on for forms that take attachments.
