Autoresponder, White Label, Add CC, Spam Box, Time-zone and More
Even though entire team was busy with marketing campaigns, launching our new side project Resource .fyi, and so on. We managed to add these new cool features last November.
Autoresponder is now Live!
Autoresponder is one of the most important feature, specially when you’re dealing with tons of emails and wants to assure users with next steps or confirmation email.
This is now live for all business plan users, requires to enable reCAPTCHA to make sure its 100% spam protected and working fine to secure your brand reputation.
Email Branding - White label
White label or email branding option is now available for all business plan users. You can remove FormBold branding and use your own, simply by enabling it from the setting page and uploading your logo.
This option will replace FormBold branding and add your own from all places such as - the submission status page and emails.
CC - Multiple Target Emails For Single Form
Send carbon copies of submission emails to multiple target email addresses, super useful for businesses.
Simply, visit the settings page and add email addresses from the dropdown of the CC field. Make sure the email is already verified and added to the account, you can add a new verified email from the account page
Dedicated Spam Box on Submissions Page
We mark submissions as spam based on keywords analysis, if you enable the Automatic spam filter option, from now on you can see the submissions that marked as spam too. Since we have added a dedicated spam box on submissions page where suspicious submissions are moved.
So you won’t miss data as well as won't get annoyed by suspicious messages.
Submission Time Zone
Set the time-zone for your account and this will reflect all your submission data time stamps including exports, this is a much-needed feature to track submissions with more accuracy.
Editable Submission Email Subject
Now, you can edit the email subject of the form, simply go to form settings and customize the form subject name to your own. This will allow you to receive submission emails with the subject you define and helps to classify emails for better organization.
